Terms & Condition

50% of the total rooms will be available for advance booking Rest 50% will be shared as: 10%for physically disables, 10% for Elders, 10% for administrative heads & for respected donors of our organization. Rest 20% will be allotted to first come first served basis.
Chart of the all available rooms can be viewed at the Kotyark Mandir office and at Ahmedabad office. It will be available shortly online on this website.
Advance booking will be done only after receiving 100% payment.
In case if allotted room is not usable than our staff will allot the other room. Devotees must stay in the room allotted by our staff. In such case our staff decision will be final and no debates/arguments will be entertained.
If devotees will not take the possession of the booked room/s in advance, the booked 100% of such room/s will be allotted to other devotees after 2.00 PM for that day and 50% of such room/s will be allotted to other devotees after 9.00 PM for that day. And No refund will be given to the devotees who made the advance booking of such room.

On certain festivals one room will be shared by at least 6 persons and 10 persons in cottage. Our staff will manage the situation to handle the rush.
On certain festivals if all the rooms will be occupied than Hall will be opened up to accommodate our devotees free of charge. In such case if AC hall is preferred to stay than devotees have to pay the certain charge decided by the authority / committee.
