Our dynamic leader Shri Vijaybhai Thekdi was born in an economical struggling family in Khadayata community of Hindu religion in Gabat village of district Modasa, Gujarat on April 28th 1960. He dropped his schooling at the age 15 because of financial hardship in his family. He has struggled for financial stability in various villages of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Delhi but later he settled in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. After facing lots of troubles in several businesses and jobs, in the year 2004 he tried his luck in security guarding business and due to his unparalleled hard work and dedication today he is one of the most successful entrepreneurs in the industry. He got married with Bhavnaben in year 1984 and they are blessed with 3 children.

Beside business, he is a full-time social worker and working closely to improve living lifestyle of thousands of people from social economical backward class by providing them education, skills and jobs. He is also actively contributing for his Khadayata and Vaishnav cast. He has led many community and religious trusts/ boards with utmost enthusiasm.
