Leadership Profile:
Our dynamic leader Shri Vijaybhai Thekdi was born in an economically struggling family in the Khadayata community in Gabat village of district Modasa, Gujarat on April 28th, 1960. He dropped his schooling at age 15 because of financial hardship, struggling for stability across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Delhi before settling in Ahmedabad.
Through unparalleled hard work and dedication, he built a leading enterprise in the security guarding industry. Married to Bhavnaben in 1984, they are blessed with 3 children. Beside business, he is a full-time social worker, working closely to uplift thousands from backward classes by providing education, skills, and jobs. He actively contributes to the Khadayata and Vaishnav communities and leads Shree Kotyark Mandir with utmost enthusiasm.
